Lauren Carter is the new Miss Vermont USA 2011. She was crowned on November 7 at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington, Vermont. Lauren Carter of Stowe is 21 year old and stands 5’8”. She will represent Vermont in Miss USA 2011 pageant.
